ABOUT TREASURE
Treasure Sabs is a Marketplace Minister, coach, and strategist who helps individuals uncover the value hidden within them.

Many people carry years of experience, knowledge, skills, and personal stories without fully recognising their potential. Through the Mine Your GAP framework, Treasure guides people to discover and develop the gifts they already possess.

Professionally, Treasure operates at a CBAP-level in the field of business analysis, contributing to transformation initiatives within regulated enterprise environments involving data platforms, integration architecture, and organisational change.

She holds postgraduate certifications in Business Analysis and Careers Guidance, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. This academic foundation deepened her understanding of how individuals develop capability, navigate career transitions, and unlock their potential over time. Combined with her enterprise transformation experience, it shapes her approach to coaching, writing, and advisory work.

Alongside her professional work, Treasure has developed a framework centred on identity, purpose, and potential. Through her Mine Your GAP philosophy, she encourages individuals to recognise the value already present within them. The framework focuses on discovering one's Gifts, Abilities, and Passion, and learning how these elements can be translated into meaningful careers, businesses, creative expression, or service to others.

Through storytelling and allegory, Treasure’s writing explores themes of resilience, identity, and personal transformation.

Her titles include:
• Eagle with a Broken Wing: Born to Soar, Raised to Peck
• The King’s Pearl (coming soon)
• The Little Jar: You Have More Than You Think (coming soon)
among others.

Across all her work, Treasure seeks to help people move from uncertainty to clarity, from capability to impact, and from hidden potential to visible excellence.

Treasure lives in England, where she can often be found sewing something, designing something, humming a melody, or sketching ideas for her next project.
